 D.L. Miller is a Christian (a believer in Jesus Christ). Christ saved him from suicide. He was a drunkard for over half of his life. He found alcohol at a young age. It helped him escape reality of his painful life. He was born with a stutter and it was a living hell not be able to talk fluently and being picked on all the time by peers and adults. In his 20s, alcohol became the love of his life. It cost him several relationships. At age 27, he decided he needed help to get sober and face all of his demons. He went to a rehab center and 5 days later; they kicked him out. Staying sober was difficult. For a year, He thought the only escape from this addiction was death. But that was a lie. The hour that He believed in Christ as his savior. The desire for alcohol was gone. All glory to Him, Jesus Christ. From reading the bible over the years. He fell in love with all the stories. His imagination would run wild. He decided to write fiction stories that are inspired by the supernatural stories of the bible. This series is called “Demons of this earth”. With only the first book released (Teleos The Gold City.) It has been fun and challenging becoming a fictional author.
