Shipping Policy

This section will briefly discuss the Shipping policy for " https://keeponkeepingonpc.org/. " The company focuses on providing everyone with educational and family-friendly books. We also provide a helping hand to new authors and encourage them with our publishing facilities. Indeed, we have a vast collection of books for you to choose from regardless of your interest and favorite genre. 

However, this shipping policy will describe how the shipment will take place, for how much duration, and how much it will cost to get your order delivered from your doorstep. We have a refund, exchange, and return policy, just in case you want to initiate such a process. Click here to read them.

Order cancellations must be made before the order is sent within 12 hours. Any cancellation made after this window of time will result in a refund. In other words, the item will be dispatched, and a refund will be issued when it is returned. We will find all the details on our refund, exchange, and return policy page.

According to the "NO HIDDEN CHARGE" policy, the company will not bill the customer for more than what was shown when the order was confirmed. The total cost of the order is determined in two steps:

1. The Total Cost of the Items/Book(s): The total amount of the book(s) you have added to CART. You can see the cost in the cart. We offer free shipping for over $20. Under $20, shipping is a flat rate of $2.99 for the US 48 lower states. The shipping fee may vary for Alaska, Hawaii and international orders.
2. The Total Cost of the Order: Once you have finalized your order and clicked to checkout. We will ask for your shipping address and region detail. Before we go to the payment page and continue, the total price will be shown and highlighted for the customer to review.

The shipping cost is FREE for all orders over $20.00; otherwise a flat fee of $2.99, The standard shipping takes 2 to 3 working days regarding the region. 

Acknowledge the “NO HIDDEN CHARGES," which specifies that the price of the entire order will only be disclosed after the buyer has entered the region and shipping address.

The shipping cost is FREE for orders above $20; otherwise, the shipping is flat $2.99. Also, note that your country's customs department may apply the custom fee even on free shipping.

3. Attach the picture of the book(s) you have received along with the picture of the order receipt.
